Esta demo muestra cómo componer varios servicios en la nube gestionados de InterSystems para resolver diferentes casos de uso.

El vídeo está formado por 6 capítulos cortos (cada uno de unos 2,5 minutos) que muestran cada parte de la historia, demostrando un servicio diferente.

Podéis ver cada “capítulo” de forma individual si os interesa un servicio concreto, pero también tiene valor ver toda la composición y observar el flujo completo.

⏯️ Health Evolve: Transforming Unstructured Data

Did you know that 80% of healthcare data is stuck in unstructured formats such as fax? If you take a walk down to Mass General in Boston, you'll literally see a state-of-the-art MRI machine next to a fax machine. Healthcare keeps building incredible new technology but can't let go of legacy technology. We call this the "legacy modernization paradox". This short film follows a care manager at Blue Plan who spends her days doing chart reviews, reading faxes line-by-line, struggling to provide her members the care they need. Everything changes when Blue Plan pilots InterSystems Health Evolve, a solution that transforms her faxes into machine-readable FHIR data ready for AI and analysis. The use case addresses clinician burnout by unlocking the wisdom trapped in 30,000 unstructured clinical notes. We showcase IRIS's powerful vector search to perform hybrid (semantic + keyword) queries for complex diagnostic challenges. The highlight is our multi-modal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant, which analyzes clinical video content in real-time to find similar past cases and synthesize evidence-based recommendations, transforming how clinicians access and utilize institutional knowledge.
